Better outcomes

There’s a lot out there for you — let’s unlock it

The support is there; finding it is the hard part. Together, we make sure the right benefits reach the right person — in three simple steps.

1

One conversation

A relaxed phone call — evenings and weekends too. A family member is welcome on the line.

2

Your full entitlement check

We check every benefit, discount and grant you could claim — and tell you honestly if there’s nothing worth pursuing.

3

We do the paperwork

Applications drafted and submitted for you, with your family kept in the loop. You only pay if a claim succeeds.

Honesty first — a quick word from us

Every benefit we help with can be claimed for free through GOV.UK, Citizens Advice or Age UK. You pay us for expertise, time and taking the whole process off your plate — with nothing to pay if it doesn’t work.

What we check

The full check — not just one form

One successful claim usually unlocks others. Most services stop at a single benefit; we check the whole picture in a single conversation.

One letter. Thousands a year.

Why it matters

Real money. Not loose change.

A successful claim is often worth thousands a year — and awards are usually backdated, so many clients receive a lump sum that covers our fee several times over. This is support you’re fully entitled to — not a favour, and not charity. We help you claim it.

New, and honest about it

Our founding promise

Heyday is a new service, so we won’t show you reviews we don’t have. Here’s what we offer instead — and every review that appears here will be a real one, unedited.

Twelve cases a month — no more

So every claim gets our full attention, we take a maximum of twelve new cases each month. When a month fills, we reserve your place in the next.

No win, no fee — in writing

Not small print: a signed guarantee with every engagement. If your claim doesn’t succeed, you pay nothing for it.

A named person, start to finish

No call centre. The person who answers your first call is the person who handles your case and gives you their direct line.

Common questions

Frequently asked

Is this not something I can do myself for free?

Yes — and we say so on every page. Every benefit we handle can be claimed free via GOV.UK, Citizens Advice or Age UK. People choose us for expertise, time saved, and a much higher chance of success — with no fee at all if the claim fails.

What does “no win, no fee” actually mean?

If a claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing for it. If our check finds nothing worth claiming, the check costs nothing. Our fee only becomes due when you receive an award letter, and it’s usually covered by your first backdated payment.

I’m enquiring for my mum or dad — is that OK?

It’s how most people find us. We’ll involve you as much as your parent wants, keep you updated, and always get their own consent (or speak with their attorney under an LPA) before acting.

Attendance Allowance — savings and income?

Attendance Allowance is not means-tested. Savings, pensions and income make no difference. It’s based purely on how a health condition affects daily life.

What if I’ve already been refused?

Refusals are often wrong. We handle mandatory reconsiderations and appeals — many refusals are overturned with a properly evidenced case. Same basis: no win, no fee.
